I would never purchase a product from Seppi here in the US again! I've never dealt with less knowledgeable, less caring, less intelligent people in my life! They’ve misrepresented their products and delivery to me for over 7 months. After the 3rd delivery was scheduled I was told I was responsible for taking the mulcher out of the tractor trailer so I shipped my tractor to the site. Upon delivery my tractor was unable to even budge the mulcher; my tractor can lift 1,880 lbs, the attachment weighs 2,300lbs – they didn’t even bother to make sure this was possible before requiring my tractor be there for delivery. After 7 months of working with them, several failed delivery attempts which were their fault, and finally being forced to ship my tractor to the location to take delivery, 9 days after receiving the product they sent me an email explaining that I will need to modify it to prevent damage before I can use it - absolutely ridiculous. When I told them I wanted to return it they stopped responding to me. I had to call the home office in Italy to inform them how completely ridiculous and unprofessional their US staff is. Only after Italy got involved did they agree to take it back. I spent 4,000 to ship my tractor to the delivery location as per their requirements and fly there more than once; I am out all of this money because their US team is completely inept. If you don’t want to spend time in court, especially with so many better companies selling better products, e.g. FAE, FECON, Etc., the last place I'd look to for a mulcher is Seppi M. USA!
