I lived in Sequim when this neighborhood was still being planned. The number of gorgeous homes being built here is amazing. Cedar Ridge is a lovely spot for a walk because you can marvel at the latest fantastic houses, and then hop, skip and trot over to the discovery trail and really get your walk in.

Nice area and homes. Rather new subdivision but going in quickly and great views of the mountains and water if you have elevation.
We had an appointment scheduled with Christy. The agent failed to call or show up. The person that was there called her. She didn’t ask to speak to us to apologize. It was only after we sent an email explaining we flew from L.A. which she was aware of, did she later apologize but then when we tried to reschedule another visit she never followed up with us. I thought maybe they don’t want gay couples in their community. Also don’t like the fact they don’t have indoor fireplaces or tub in the master bath.
I'm sorry Mr. Deej Jones had an unsatisfying experience with Cedar Ridge but I was surprised by one of his conclusions. As an \out\ lesbian for over 30 years, my wife and I have experienced nothing but respect and inclusion from all of the Cedar Ridge, Anderson Homes, and sub-contractor staff that we have dealt with these past 17 months. In fact, Cedar Ridge has several other gay/lesbian couples living here that we know of. While we miss the rich diversity found in the large metropolitan city that we retired from, we have appreciated the warm, friendly, and accepting nature of our Cedar Ridge neighbors and the Sequim community - a refreshing surprise considering that Sequim is a small, rural city on the somewhat isolated (but BEAUTIFUL!) Olympic Peninsula. While no builder is perfect, we absolutely LOVE the quality and attention to detail found in our new house built by Anderson Homes in Cedar Ridge. Anderson Homes truly cares about customer service and strives \to make things right\ when mistakes or concerns are brought to their attention.
