Home Instead is providing 24/7 care in my parents' home right now that involves hospice for our mom, taking care of our dad with memory issues and two dogs. Enough said... The care has been incredible and we could not have asked for more. Each caregiver has their own personality and style, but the high standards set by Home Instead are always evident.

I cannot recommend this caregiving service. They are dysfunctional in scheduling, staffing, calling back, or meaninful follow through on promises.
I have never had an employer that actually cares about their employees like Home Instead does! They do everything in their power to ensure that both the client and their employees are happy and cared for. If I ever need help with anything all I have to do is pick up the phone and call them and not only do they answer but follow through a few days later to make sure everything is going smooth again. I will never leave this place!
Our current staff interaction has been outstanding, they communicate well and their actions are highly professional. The computer interface is easy to use and continually provides updated information regarding the care being given.
Home Instead is an amazing company to work for. As a caregiver I have been able to help so many elderly people be able to live in their home. I would recommend Home Instead for both future employment or that extra needed help with your loved one so they can live in their own home.
Home Instead acted quickly and compassionately to get care for my mom after a fall. I don't know what we would have done without them! She used their services for several months before moving to a location near her family.
