TWO DAY NIGHTMARE. My partner and I decided to do our last wills as well as Power of Attorney for both medical and financial. Between us, we had 6 sets of documents, all nicely in order and clipped separately. I got my 93 yr old Aunt and 90 yr old Uncle to trek to my bank to have them witnessed and notarized. It was difficult for them, and I was deeply grateful. Afterwards, I took the documents to Office Depot in Sequim to make copies to send a copy to my sister. A gentlemen assisted me while I waited. Well...I discovered the next morning when I opened the bag that what I got back was many missing pages, multiple duplicate pages, some were 2 sided and others not, and ALL were mixed up in one big jumbled pile that was impossible to sort out again. I spent 2 whole days trying to figure out what page went to which document, and my dining room looked like a paper factory blew up. I don’t understand how pages of THE ORIGINAL COPY were missing!! While I can do them all over again on the computer, I’m back to scratch on signatures, witnesses, and notary. Naturally, three of the witness signatures were among the missing pages, as well as two of the notary signatures. I’m not going to drag my elderly relatives out again. I called Office Depot immediately to see if they were laying around there somewhere ( they weren’t) but a chipper lady offered to copy the parts I was able to piece together for me again. At no charge, of course. Totally stressful experience, and I am feeling quite depressed at the end result. They undid all my efforts in 10 minutes.

This place is great. I come here almost weekly for print and fax services and everyone I’ve worked with there are wonderful. The ladies that do the printing are really nice, knowledgeable, and I rarely have to wait long for what I need. I come here from the next town for the excellent service. It’s worth it!

It is Office Depot. First time I went in I was sold a router I did not really need and the staff that helped me really didnt help. It turned out that the router was defective. Upon returning it, one of the managers helped me. What a difference! REALLY helped me! Told me the best brand to buy and that I didn't need to spend so much money. VERY helpful. When I go back, I will search him out. It was an easy return for the defective unit too.
