Becky is great to work with, made me feel comfortable and took the time to address all my questions and health history. She was able to diagnose my condition and the treatment has been successful. I'm very happy and have had zero issues with the care I received at Olympic Psychiatric Care.

I felt disappointed with her communication managing my daughter’s care. I felt her to be detached both with myself and with my daughter which has made it difficult to continue a therapeutic course of care for my daughter. She kind of blew it.

Impossible to get a hold of. Called five different times last week (during business hours mind you) trying to make an appointment so I could get my prescription refilled with no answer. Doesn't even have an EMAIL so you can contact them, just a fax number.... Really people, we're still using fax machines? Didn't realize we regressed back to the 90's.

I went with my partner to his appointment. The appointment was to help determine if he might have ADD/ADHD. First of all it was us in an office with a television. Apparently they asked my partner if he was okay with that and not quite understanding it he said yes. How do you analyze someone’s mannerisms through a web cam? He has been repeatedly prescribed medication in the benzo and downer categories and a sleep issue that are having the opposite effect. I had to constantly ask the ARNP to show her face when talking because my partner has hearing issues and needs to read lips. We were told that because of the college degrees that he holds that it’s highly unlikely. Um, I know of quite a few people with ADD/ADHD that with direction, interest, and tutoring, can accomplish many things in life and school. The appointment fee for talking to the back of someone’s head on a computer monitor was over 300. Excuse me but WTF???? This was one of the WORST experiences at a doctor’s office and I wasn’t even the patient. The Peninsula has some serious work to do if they’re going to be charging what they do. Embarrassing.
