For the last three months they have not delivered our water and we have to call to have them deliver it. This month being the 3rd time we have had to call and get our water deliver yet again. Then as I'm getting my center ready for the day the phone rings and it is a customer service representative from Olympic Spring, she was very rude and talking to me in a condensing way. She asked me 4 times what the hours of operation were at my center, and all 4 times I told her 10:30 am to 3:30 pm. She then states \well if those are the hours of operation then why are you there now.\ Not only was that inappropriate it was so very rude. I explained she did not need to know my schedule. I have never spoke to a more rude and inappropriate customer service person. We are supposed to get 10 bottles of water every 4 weeks, this has not happened in 4 months we call every time and they keep saying that they did not have our hours of operation correct. My co-worker gave them this information 3 months ago when we first started having problems, and again and again every time we have had to call in. My agency spends a lot of money with this business and how this employee treated me was very unacceptable. Very very disappointed.
