QA was easy to work with, did what they said they were going to do, finished when they said they would finish, and was less expensive than I was expecting. I am so grateful to have found Quality Assured Computer Services. Jamie expertly helped me on two separate occasions. The first time I was in a panic believing I had accidentally deleted important files from my computer. He took the time to look at my computer the moment I came in and quickly found the files I feared I had lost. Most recently the fan went out on my laptop. He happened to have the replacement fan in stock and once again, got my computer back to me promptly. I was concerned something was off with the new fan and called him. He had me bring it in to double check and esolve\ any issues. He ran the computer through some tests and the issue did indeed resolve. Jamie is kind, patient, is incredibly knowledgeable and great at explaining what's going on for non-computer people like me. Most of all he has incredible integrity! I highly recommend his work!

So I had just built my first PC not even a week before I brought it in and was having blue screens appear with varying errors. I take it into Quality Assure Computer Services and tell the person at the counter what the issue is and then tell him what I have already done. Tells me it'll take 1-2 days for diagnostics and he will call once they find more things out. I wait 3 days before I decide to call them, once I get an answer I tell them who I was and what PC I had brought in and they ask \what laptop did you bring in?\ Continue to say it is a custom made PC since I had built it myself, then they said oh ok and tell me that they BELIEVE it is a motherboard or a CPU issue. The next few days I think that I should have gotten a call by now if they were working on it. By the following Friday decide I want my computer back and I will fix it myself. Call them once again tell them who I am and oncd they tell me what they've done they say the exact same thing they told me the last time I called showing that they did not make any more progress even though it has been there for just about a week now and still \We believe it is a motherboard or a CPU issue.\ I go in that day to get my PC and no further work has been made onto the PC which at this point I dont care I just want it back. They charged me 70 for \We think its your motherboard or your CPU\ and 5 extra days after they said it would be done with diagnostics. Upon further inspection they did not tell me my SSD was frozen, or decide to clean it out when I can clearly see metal shavings inside the PC which could break some components inside. Overall I believe in my personal opinion that this place is overpriced and very underperformed for a place that assures their quality of work.

When you get a little older, change can be a bit challenging. Buying a new computer and navigating a new OS came with some issues but Jamie was steadfast in his commitment to resolve them. And he did. My husband and I highly recommend QA because Jamie lives up to the name on the door.
