Here is my story about Sears Home Services! It did take several weeks for the repair guy to come. After he assessed the repair, he informed me that he would have to order the part and the entire repair would cost 650.00!!! This was for a refrigerator light fixture! He then went on to say it would only cost me 329 if I signed up for the warranty which I had to have for at least 4 months before I could cancel it! If I cancelled the warranty before the 4 months were up, I would have to pay the entire 650! In reality I was paying 529 thus saving 121! Really!!!! By the time you have this company come out and look at your appliance, you have no choice but to sign up for the warranty! The technician charged me the 329 plus the 49.99 for the first month of the warranty! Now I have used Sears all my life just as my parents had and never had any complaints. (By the way, this company is only using the Sears name and is not connected to Sears). My refrigerator is only 3 years old--I never have had an appliance break this early! That said, I felt I was trapped into paying for the warranty, otherwise I would owe 650!! I will not use this service ever again once the warranty is paid after the 4 months. I will only call a local appliance company!

Ron was courteous, efficient and got the job done. Your telephone service leaves a lot to be desired. Difficult to understand and a pain to get through the automatic answering machine.

OVERKILL on notices. I received numerous e-mail, telephone and text messages about my upcoming appointment. And now, here we go again with follow-up afterward. I have already received two-three messages.
Don't call, it's a service center with an accent When they asked for my phone number, I hung up.
Technican was timely and efficient--did basic maintenance and diagnosed and fixed minor problem. Would definitely recommend this service in the North Olympic Pennisula.
