I’ve now gone to the RadioShack in Sequim for for a variety of different things now — A new Sim card from a new service provider, a ring light for zooming, and basic accessories for my computer. For each and everyone of their knowledge and friendly disposition and time availability is over the top.The drive from my house is over an hour but each time I am so glad I made the trip and purchased there rather than buying it online! These guys are professionals, they take their product, knowledge, the electronics industry seriously and they know what they’re talking about. What a refreshing change in this world where that is getting rarer and rarer. Please don’t ever close down or move away! We need you. And more people should know about it! To make sure they grow and prosper. Thank you

After talking to \Costco Concierge\, and then calling customer support for my home security cameras, I was faced with owning a 400 security system that didn't work because of connectivity issues. The employee at Radio Shack knew exactly what I needed and offered it at a price that beat Amazon. I can't tell you how relieved I was that finally someone knew what I needed! Lesson learned: the local Radio Shack is much better at solving problems than the big box stores.
