The people in billing are good making sure your bill arrives on time. But. Customer service is the \I could care less about you once you are a customer attitude.\ 2 weeks and could not get service to be repaired.. Pass the buck kinda stuff. Switched to another provider.

Have been a wave customer 6 yrs.My only complaint Yesterday my remote goes out . I take it over to the office in Sequim . The lady give me a remote in a bag . I get home take out of the bag it’s a old one not a problem if it works. Put battery’s in turn it over the 6and 0 on key pad the paint worn . If this was rebuild why would the repairman not put new button on the 6 and 0. And of course the 6 and 0 don’t work . This someone equipment handed in and not been tested . This happened couple of times with the cable box and router . They hand you stuff out the office that no one has looked at . Then you have the service technician come out. And then he or she has to replace the equipment you got from the office.My wife call the wave in Seattle they going to sent me a new one . But she says there might be a 15 charge it can’t get any better.
Down to earth and wholesome people to work with.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst internet company EVER. Its absolute GARBAGE. If you are looking for internet this is not the company to go to. Uncharging with out notice and you have to turn it off and on in order for it to restart and work again every FIVE MINUTES. I might as well pay 125 bucks a month to read a book because my internet sure as heck doesn't work. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE ME
