I saw the car I wanted advertised online. I called the next day and paid 1000 to hold it for me for 2 days. I came in on my next day off from work and was in and out faster than I've ever been anywhere buying a car. It was exactly what I wanted and less expensive than some preowned ones I'd looked at. My experience was there was great!

The 1st picture is the shield I had replaced with the cover. The 2nd picture the cover is missing. After I had the shield replaced (with the cover), I continued to take my car in for oil changes, due to the snow & a piece hanging I take my car back to Serra only to noticed the shield has been cut. I explained to the manager( owner) who refused to replaced & told me no one at Serra cut the piece off. Very unprofessional, nor did Charles admit to his negligence or shall I say laziness. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR OIL CHANGES!!!.
