Called several times, phone just keeps ringing. I was interested in getting a place here but no one answering the phone tells me all I need to know.. poor service. I also sent several Inquires online with no response. I emailed the place across the street Wymore 360 and they emailed back within 2 minutes. I have been a business office manager at a 5 star property for 5 1/2 years and I’ll tell you what, management and owners of this property obviously don’t care. If they did, this type of thing wouldn’t be happening. please save yourself the trouble and look else where.

Went three months without a washer after SEVERAL calls and messages through the maintenance app. Went one month without a water heater (cold showers for these rent prices? Please!). Fire extinguisher outside was stolen after I moved in and they add charges for everything; 50 additional for pool access, 25 for a parking sticker so you can park at your own home, no mailbox so you have to buy a P.O. box where the smallest one is 100 per year, you're in charge of your own pest control PLUS you have to register anyone who visits with a certain amount of hours a month or else your visitors get a fine... this is not a home I would recommend to anyone.
Very noisy at night. Have the worst neighbors. They play music all day and all night. I am an owner and if I could sell I would just to get away from this place. It used to be so quiet until these idiots moved in my building.
This place is extremely peaceful in all parts of the community. The staff are extremely nice and respectful. Apartments will always have good and bad apples but overall this place is cozy and serene.
