NO! NO! NO! Lies from the start. If you have thousands of dollars to throw away then go right ahead. My husband and I accepted an invitation via phone call for a healthy food demonstration. The salesman told us that someone would call in 2 days to follow-up on the presentation and to verify whether we would like to purchase their products. While we waited for the call they processed the application so that verification call never took place. We were called over a week later, we did not accept their terms due to misrepresentation of the representative. The company's response was refusal to cancel the application for none responsibility of their representatives verbiage. We had no idea that they processed anything. We made no appointment for delivery, we have none of their products and was slapped with a 1100.00 bill and several threat of being sued all within a 24 hour period. Isn't it funny that what was promised in 2 days never took place however a lawsuit in 24 hours is reasonable. They may have great healthy foods however the 4000 freezer is what they really want to stick you with not to mention the "free" 2000 pans. Take my advice start your own farm it's much cheaper. Predatory lender at it finest.

I would give them a 0 if I could, or a negative number. I have reported them to FTC for violating the Do Not Call List. I have three different numbers from them in my Auto Reject list and I expect that number to grow. While the calls where someone actually responds when I pick it up are annoying enough, the more numerous calls where no one ever picks up and eventually it hangs up are even more annoying.
I have been a service foods customer for many years and here is what I can tell you about the company and the product. First and foremost, the product I receive is A. The chicken, ground beef, pork, steaks, roasts, seafood, and other proteins are restaurant grade and far superior to anything I could buy at Kroger, Publix, even Costco. The tuna steaks are so fresh, we often slice them raw and eat as sashimi. If ever I have an issue with the product (packaging, freshness, etc) I am reimbursed without question. We have raised our 4 boys utilizing service foods and they are probably the greatest advocates of the company. They stock their fridges at college from our freezer at home and do not buy meat anywhere else. This is a MUCH more economical way to feed them rather than shopping at Publix, or Kroger. I had to purchase a very expensive freezer with my first order. This may be considered a downside by some and I understand, however the freezer has a LIFETIME guarantee. Service Foods replaced my freezer last year when the seal began to leak. Their customer service is exceptional. Obviously the people who have rated this company negatively do not do business with Service Foods. I have referred several friends to the business and all have been extremely pleased. Bottom line...If you love to cook at home, have a family to feed, and want the best quality seafood, beef, pork, and poultry at an economically superior value, then you should look into service foods. I am a customer for life.
Definitely seems like a spammy slimy business. Not even sure how they got our number but it is clear that the positive reviews on this company are faked. I mean seriously 'Addie Goodenberger' gave it five stars but this is the only thing they ever reviewed in years and they have no friends, no posts, or anything real sounding.
Just got a call from Service Foods, salesperson said that they have all perfect reviews online, REALLY????
Delivery was excellent. Been with Service Foods for 18years- I believe that says it all!
