Hands-down the best cleaning service around. I just had a newborn baby and they came to clean my home before we got back from the hospital and everything looked amazing and spectacular. I love that they use natural cleaning products that are safe for my family. The lady is extremely nice, professional, and punctual, which makes this company even more awesome! Thank you Naturalcare!!

I decided to give them my business because they have so great reviews... BAD idea. They did a very bad job, leaving many places without cleaning. I expressed my dissatisfaction to their manager, along with pictures to prove it. They not only charged us the maximum amount quoted (I was at least expecting a discount for the bad job they had done and the time they made me lose). They even wanted me to pay extra to send another maid again to finish cleaning what they should have done the first time! Now it's been 10 days... my CC was charged and they haven't send me the official invoice I asked for several times. I'm happy for the people that had good experiences with them... but I won't risk it ... PLEASE USE ANOTHER SERVICE!!! They are VERY BAD! This bad job was done in Roseville, CA
If you're looking for a honest and reliable cleaning agency, this is your place. They are cautious and considerate with your belongings and do an amazing job. Treat yourself, and if you've never had your home cleaned before you'll love it. If you have Service Joy Maids is the way to go.
I used this service for a deep cleaning, despite it taking 3 calls to get the cleaning scheduled. The cleaning was great-- fast, thorough-- but when I called to schedule another visit, I was once again given the runaround on scheduling. The person who answered my call said she would \look at the schedule and email\ me a time on the requested date. That was 6 days ago and I've heard nothing. If they have so much business that they can treat potential customers this shabbily, I think I'll find someone else who WANTS my business. Extremely unprofessional bookers.
Oralia and Dolores provided a Deep Clean service for us yesterday 09/24/2020. Because of COVID-19, both my wife and I woke full-time remotely, while also playing the role of kindergarten and preschool teachers. Oralia and Dolores both did an amazing job. They were professional, responsive, and hard workers. My wife and I decided to use Service Joy MAIDS on a monthly basis. Thank you guys so much!!!
