This lady charged me 60 and ruined my shoes. I asked her to fix them and reimburse me and she told me she called the cops on me. I am disgusted of how unprofessional she is. Shame on you. Don’t ever put your trust in this place. Save yourself the headache. The place across the street name NEW US SHOE REPAIR is awesome. He fixed my Ugg’s and my slip on sneakers. I beg you to not go to this lady! She is the worst I posted the work she did on Yelp! Please go take a look if you don’t believe me.

Excellent work. Got my shoes with full soles and a shine. Well worth the cost. My wife gets all her shoes fixed here and aside from the quality workmanship, they are really nice people.

Took my favorite shoes in for repair, was willing to pay the high price (70) in cash because I assumed they would come back good as new. Within a few days the new soles began to separate from the shoe. Avoid.
