Machine has eaten my coins on 3 occasions. On the third time I was a bit aggravated about it robbing my money and thought to myself how many other people this must happen to as well. There is no accountability for these machines when they are broken so I called the phone number on the machine. Got a greeting from the blandest person I've ever spoken to and said she would send me a refund through the mail. 3 weeks later they send me 2 stamps in the mail. Let me me know when your machines start accepting stamps as payment and well be square. There should be a fine for every machine not working when the owner of said machine is not on site. Great scam your running guys!
