I bought an rx 580 recently that was used-“like new” and the fans didn’t spin. At first I thought I had installed them wrong so I contacted support and they couldn’t seem to find the issue. They recommended I just returned it instead of getting worked up on it. I was really exited since they price was really low and my package got here almost 10 days earlier than the arrival date stated. My hopes were very high and I truly wish I was writing a 5 star review right now but unfortunately this popped up, truly disappointed.
I have sold to and bought in excess of 200,000 worth of hardware to Bitpro and they have always been exceptional and professional. The pricing won't be as high as one-off sales on eBay, but there is also 0 risk/fees and very easy to work with. Bitpro/Mark have replaced multiple vendors (Newegg, BLT, etc) for all of our large scale sourcing. Appreciate the great work.
The company was honest and easy to work with. I had unwarranted reservations about sending 5 figures of mining hardware and video cards without some assurance so they offered/allowed use of escrow.com. The transaction went smoothly and the agreed upon price was paid upon completion of their inspection and testing process. Highly recommended.

very helpful, had my motherboard damaged in transit they only took like 10 or 20 off the original quote. Very helpful and professional was able to answer all my questions within 2hrs during normal business hours. Great experience (this is regard to selling rigs and hardware). I love the fact that they inspect the hardware sent to them, even to try and fix it themselves when possible, and will let you know about the issues if they encountered any. They also will provided pictures, screenshots, and explanations to sort of understand how those hardware issues were caused and how to avoid them if possible. With that, Mark has been very responsive and overall been very helpful, I was given an offer that felt right in terms of current market value. Highly recommend these guys and would definitely sell some gear with them in the future.
