Jim answered my email promptly and even suggested some things to do that may help get my grandfather clock going again. We did schedule a house visit when those suggestions did not work. Jim was great at communicating with me, checking the day before our appointment that all was still good and called 15 minutes before arrival. He was very professional and personable. He was very clean with his work area and had my clock running in no time. He explained every step of what he was doing and why. I recommend him to anyone who needs repair or maintenance on their grandfather clock. Price was reasonable and I recommend him to anyone needing clock repair.

We had our 1890s Seth Thomas wall clock repaired by Jeff and he did a phenomenal job. The clock has been in our family for generations and we were worried when it stopped working. Jeff cleaned it up and it’s keeping time like it’s brand new. We couldn’t be happier!
He seems to know what he's doing and obviously has a passion for mechanical clockworks.
