The newer apartments maybe good,but the older buildings are full of cracks, no updates and yet they ask for updated value for rent. People at the office don't even apologise when they have made a mistake. It is ok to say sorry and be nice even though the other person may not look/sound like you. Every time you call, they sound cold... I don't know, is it my accent? I'm paying rent promptly, what's the problem? Be nicer! Whether it is the student intern who works as a receptionist or the actual property manager person, they all sound like they are annoyed at you for asking a question! Please, be nice and make us feel at home. We appreciate that. Thank you very much!

I LOVE their new Seventeenth building! It's so modern and beautiful literally right across the street from WSU! The girls in the office are so sweet to work with! Highly recommend HIGHLY
Had a initial bad experience with the ladies in the office. The VP contacted me the next day to clear things up and apologize. She was very kind and worked everything out with me.
This place looks so nice and the management is amazing. If you are looking to rent in this area this is a must tour place!
