Honestly the best company I've ever hired. Great customer service from the first initial phone call to the job being done. Excellent Business leadership and excellent. Their staff in the office is tremendous and it only gets better from there. The Boss Nick Carlson is very understanding and help you financially and understands what you ask for. I HIGHLY recommend this company everywhere i go. Ill be sure to come back for more for many years to come.
I started this service in the beginning of the summer because of the great reviews on google but I am beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. They have multiple logistical issues and their crew ended up damaging our lawn twice. The second time they damaged our lawn, the crew showed up after we had cancelled our service for the season. The owners son Alex came to inspect the damage and told us they would send someone to fix the issue but no one showed up. We still received a bill even after he told me we wouldn’t be receiving one. Still waiting for a call back and will be sending a complaint to the bbb.
I have always mulched my own yard but now that age is catching up with me, I paid to have it done for the first time. Out of the 3 estimates I got, Laser Cut was the most reasonable. Laser Cut did an AMAZING job! They were professional, super quick, and made my yard look tons better than I ever did. And, now I have my next 4 weekends free!
We had a pool filled in and Laser Cut came to turn the space into a potager garden with raised beds. They did a wonderful job and Nick gave us a number of helpful suggestions on how to improve our initial design. The team did high quality work and we were very happy with the end result! We highly recommend them for landscaping and would definitely use them again!
