My wife and I are huge fans of Great Cabins. We are repeat customers and had our second stay with them in the smokies last week. Beautiful cabins with gorgeous views of the mountains and seclusion. The cabin had everything we needed and was clean. The staff were polite and very quick to respond via voice and even text. Close driving distance to pigeon forge, gatlinburg, townsend, and the national park. I do wish some of their cabins had a gas grill rather than charcoal, but there isn’t much else to complain about. We’ve stayed at “That’s the Spot” and “Destination: Relaxation.” They were both situated high up in a mountain, but I never felt unsafe driving to either in our FWD Honda Accord. We will definitely return in the future!

We have been renting vacation cabins through Great Cabins in the Smokies for years, the reason why, is they are excellent to work with and have awesome cabin rentals to choose from. A few weeks ago we rented DESTINATION: RELAXATION Cabin and luved it. This cabin is clean and has all the amenities needed for a great stay, the mountain view is great, privacy as well, everything about this home is 5 star. This vacation was amazing. We stayed at Up In The Smokies cabin. The cabin was beautiful with gorgeous views. Ruby in the office was so helpful with any questions we had. Carolyn was also a huge help. I would highly recommend staying at this cabin. We are already planning a return visit.

Our cabin was pristine with awesome “woodsy” amenities. Made friends with a Fox, and the kitchen had all the tools you could need to prepare food. The view is to die for!!!
