Myself and 4 others stayed here March 5th-7th 2021. They didn't test the hottub or the fire place to make sure they worked before renting this out. Hot water heater is most likely broken since water didn't get very hot or stay hot for long. Our view was blocked by multiple trees, no biggie, except just below us the ground was littered with beer cans and other trash from past guests. Dishwasher had broken glass in it. Coffee maker was full of coffee grounds and appeared moldy. Staircase banister was dangerously loose. For 700 for two nights you would expect them to make sure things work and are clean at the very least. No refunds either just gift certificates for a future stay. In my opinion I would think you could at least refund for the amenities that didn't work and the cleaning we had to do before we could eat dinner. Extremely disappointed and will not be coming back. I find it very disappointing that they totally dropped the ball and expect a discounted future stay to be a proper fix.

Split a cabin with some friends this past weekend. Paid too much for a dirty cabin with a busted hot tub, fireplace, and potentially broken water heater. I didn't expect we would have to be the ones to come behind house keeping and maintenance to make sure things were clean and to test household appliances. No refund, just credits to drive another 5 hours back down there to most likely have the same experience all over again.
