The cabin had missing basic amenities. I booked the property for the hot tub which never worked nor did anyone care to fix it. The toilet was super dirty. There was no trashcan in the washroom. It felt like I was in a public washroom. There was also no hand soap or trashcan. The hot tub was dirty, had leaves inside, the parts of hot tub was separated, there was no instructions on how to run the hot tub and it was not working. The Vacasa team member told me there will be a firewood provided which was never provided as well. Vacasa is the worst rental experience I have had. I had to wait more than 2 hours each time I wanted to get in touch with the customer care and even after reaching out twice, no one cared to call back or come to fix the problems. There was also a probable bed bug infestation in one of the rooms since one of my friends had bites as soon as we returned from the trip. Please look at their twitter page to see at all the complaints! They never post any of the negative reviews on their website.

Cabin 2615 on Whipperwill Rd The balcony railing is broken and I nearly went over. I leaned on it to talk to my husband below and it went forward. It’s not attached on one end plus the entire thing moves greatly. Every cushion on both sofas and chair are greatly torn. Mattress upstairs is so worn and so uncomfortable. Plus it would have been nice to know you need a four wheel drive to get into where to park. Our car barely could get through the thick gravel to turn in to park . Would NEVER stay here again or recommend.
The ad said the cabin came with basic amenities. The wifi doesn't work, it took over an hour to get hold of customer service. They sent a serviceman the next day and within an hour of the serviceman leaving, the wifi was back out. The fooseball table that was in the ad is broken and missing the ball. The pool table is cracked. The upstairs bathroom door doesnt shut. The dishwasher leaked down into the downstairs bathroom. The lightbulbs were unscrewed, the fridge turned up as high as possible. I would absolutely avoid these renters at all cost. We're paying more than 300 a night.
I had a great experience in the cabin we stayed in over the weekend they had 1 or 2 mishaps but were on it fixing it immediatly so i have no complaints it was a great cabin and a great vacation for my husband the kids and i we stayed at Misty View Cabin and it couldnt have been a better experience Thank You All so much we will be visiting again soon :)
