Active Duty

I have had nothing but trouble from this bank so i closed my account 5 years ago. Today i received a letter from a Collections Agency saying for some reason i owe them money after 5 years. I try to call BMO and what do i get? 3 hours of Automated Phone Tag. You cant actually talk to a person, you can only listen to menu options until you kill yourself. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK! A bunch of Crooks!
