Reliable Computer Repair was great to deal with. I described the problem over the phone, dropped off my PC (outside, for Covid safety), and John was in touch with me by phone to provide regular updates and to make sure he was doing exactly what I wanted. He had the computer fixed promptly, I picked it up (outside, again), and it is working perfectly, with the work done exactly as I wanted. If necessary, I would go back again without hesitation.

I was having problems with my HP Pavilion laptop. I contacted John at Reliable Computer Repair. I bought the laptop to is his office to get an estimate cost to repair. I decided not to repair the machine do to it’s age. I found a new laptop brought to John he downloaded all the information off the old hard drive onto the new Hp. All the information transferred over perfectly. He also made some additional changes that I was wanted. I was extremely satisfied with John’s work and helpfulness I would recommend him.
