Steve and his dad are the best. Have used them for several years now. Had an issue on Tuesday, they came within an hr, diagnosed the problem and we’re here the next day to replace a pressure tank. Explained everything in detail, cleaned up after themselves, and were very fair with the bill. I highly recommend them...

Prompt, professional and honorable! A rare thing, in this day and age of money driven chain businesses. Had to have them come out for what ultimately was a well that had run dry. Having a week old newborn baby in the house, I needed water. They showed up in a clean presentable and professional manner, hard to keep up with in their line of work. I told them my symptoms and then showed them to my pressure tank. They checked everything involved with the system before diagnosing the issue. Switch power, operational status of the pump, tank pressure and depth of well. Not ONCE did they try to \upsell\ me on anything! This is where they got a life long customer. I know of some companies that prey on the uneducated and end up changing and installing stuff that may not need to be done. I have a plumbing background and know enough about Well Systems to get myself in trouble. The whole time I was waiting for them to take advantage of me, they did not. They figured it out, gave me my options and went with it. They even reached out a few hours after to make sure everything is going okay. They have made a life long customer out of me and I will recommend them to all of my family,friends and others who may need a well technician.
Father and son came out around 6 pm. Check my well pump said small issue and took care of it in 10 minutes Great guys and honest and professional.
Chucta Company is a true family business. The father and son showed up to look at the work needed, gave an honest assessment, and the father and son showed up -- when they said they would -- to actually perform the work. They did not send out other people to do the work. They are knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, put up with my many questions, and I am happy to recommend them to others.
