I lived at one of SF Shannon’s properties since August 2016 and only recently moved. They are seriously wonderful people — everyone in management is warm, considerate, and kind. Building maintenance was always helpful and friendly. They also foster a nice sense of community without it feeling forced or intrusive. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone who is looking to rent an affordable place to live!

I've lived at an SF Shannon property for over 4 years now. I've never wanted to leave because I love the apartment, neighborhood, and landlords. Rachel, Harold, Kathy, and Ann are all top notch people in their responsiveness and care for this building and its tenants, along with their friendliness and knowledge. It feels more like I'm living with a bunch of extended family because of the way they run the business. I so appreciate the system they've set up so tenants can pay their rent and request maintenance quickly and easily online. My rent includes my utilities at this particular studio unit and that's been my favorite setup out of any place I've lived. Maintenance is prompt, the landlords usually hold packages safely downstairs if you're not home, and the neighborhood is unbeatable - just a few blocks from Forest Park, and right across from Left Bank Books, Mission taco, and the arcade bar. The only thing I would improve is parking because when the CWE is popping on nights and weekends in the summer, sometimes you have to park a block away (which really isn't that bad, unless you have a bunch of groceries). Hands down, SF Shannon is the company that's taken the best care of me and offered an amazing place for the price. I recommend them to all my friends.

Loved living across from tower grove park! Natural light everywhere in my apartment! Great storage! Great price ! Loved working with Harold and Rachel! The community garden space is wonderful too.
