I was pretty nervous my first week but coaches AND students in the Muay Thai class are very supportive and provide help in learning new skills. Experienced students and beginners are separated and blended at other times to enhance everyones learning. My wife and I are happy to have joined.

SFS MMA isn't the first place I have had my kids train. I will say it will be the last. This place has an amazing vibe and ALOT of positive reinforcement and the knowledge is A. They keep the facility extremely clean, have smiles on all staff, and very very open to all walks of life and ages to learn.

Its a great community to get into. Especially on your down time. I highly recommend it for people who are afraid of confrontation or have skeletons in the closet.
