Took in my vacuum to be cleaned and a week later I got it back in pieces in a box. The business is under new supervision, no Shadd. The new guy did what he could in his power to make it as right as he could. Still disappointed and would not go back.
Very knowledgeable repair professionals, who know how to treat customers with respect, honesty, and kindness. They clearly want to develop long term relationships with their customers. This is the best example of a well run small business i have experienced anywhere. I never feel ripped off. The employees each seem to be persons of integrity. Other businesses should use this Shad Vacuum Shop as a model for long term profits and stability. They have my business for as long as I am in this area.
Called ahead to make sure I could return an item when I showed up said it could not be done because it was Saturday then said he was doing me a favor by accept the returned item even though when I first purchased it the same individual said he would accept the return if things did not work out with the item. He finished off by saying he no longer wants to do business with me. Very disrespectful and poor attitude.
I love this place. I've never been disappointed in their service. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and affordable. I highly recommend it.
