Everyone of the guys at Brick's were amazing! They were all extremely friendly and helpful. They answered the phone or returned phone calls and/or emails in an extremely timely fashion. Customer service was truly second to none!! I had fiberglass repair, skeg repair, and prop repair. Work looked like new! It may have been a touch pricey compared to other boat repair shops but you absolutely get what you pay for when it comes to customer service and quality of work!

Great establishment.... These guys have professional grade products for winterizing boats and the space to store them for a decent price.
I called and asked for an estimate on fixing my trailer which i received. I have since tried over 5 times to schedule time to get the trailer fixed but they still never got it done. This was over a span of a whole year. Every time I get an excuse from Mike or Mark (forgot his name) ...one time it was sorry for the delay but we are heavy into winterizing boats, the other time it was sorry but we are un-winterizing boats and too busy but will call you today with a date that works. The last time he was going to check with the body shop guy who was on the phone next to him and give me a call within minutes. That was in SPRING and still no call back. I work with so many businesses who are \busy\ (which is great) but they all find ways to set right expectations and not lose customers. They are just making a lot of money and not caring about quality and customer experience. I do not recommend this business at all.
Overpriced, misleading on prices with lack of communication from staff.
I have used Bricks Boatworks for several years. My experience has always been professional. Their pricing is reasonable, and their turn around time is good too. I recently experienced an issue with lack of power in my IO. Once again, Travis and the crew not only figured out the issue, but my boat is running better than it ever has. Thanks guys!
