I'm half Honduran from my father's side, and grew up on Honduran food. I've visited family in Honduras several times and I miss the food so much. I visited my boyfriend in Minneapolis(I live in Chicago), and found out thru Google search that there was a Honduran restaurant not too far from Minneapolis in Shakopee. I was so excited, and thrilled to go eat there! My boyfriend and I went together over the weekend, and I ordered the baleadas. They taste exactly like the ones in Honduras and we're HUGE as well, authentic, fresh, and delicious! True comida Hondurena! I was very happy with the service, staff and food here, and hope to come back very soon!

Address is slightly wrong, (105 lewis) and it is actually open... Not sure if someone is remembering the previous place or what. Good home cooking Honduran style. smaller menu and fairly simple food but very good. 2 years later and is now closed. Sad as it was good.

A real treat! Delicious authentic Honduran food that is very reasonably priced. Excellent, friendly service. You will not regret going.

I ordered the charola familiar with my family and the steak was amazing, the fried bananas, fish, beans, an rice was all very delicious. The chicken was a little over cooked but still great. Can't wait to come back for soup!

Quaint little authentic Honduran restaurant. Tried their lunch special today. Very good. Refried beans, flavorful rice, slow roasted beef, potatoes, a kind of cabbage cole slaw, and tortillas. Service was good and prompt. I look forward to trying more dishes.

I have visited catrachos' restaurants from Miami to Texas to Florida, NYC and California and by far this restaurant has been the cleanest. The food in this place is very tasteful and very authentic.

It was such a happy moment when we found his place that day. It's a small place nothing fancy but, what we had it was so good. Iwanted to hug the lady at the front. We had some baleadas, pastelitos, and pollo Frito por supuesto. Everything taste so good. We recommend it ! We r going back I hope it's soon. Mmmm now I want some pollo Frito con tajadas. ( fried chicken with plantains) so good.
