The wife bought me a 10hp Mercury motor earlier this summer as a present so we could take out the grandkids fishing. They said we had to come back the next day to pick it up. Well.....2 times we got stranded in the middle of the lake. It would not start very well on shore, nor trying to get back. We took it in. They said it was not setup right. Funny, they were supposed to set it up in the beginning. We took it out a third time and got stranded again. Took it back for a refund. Nope they said. Today the wife stopped by to pick it up. It's been at the dealer for a month. they loaded it up in the truck for her. When she got home, I saw that they loaded it with the arm facing up. Funny......on the other side of the motor it says this side up. These guys are obviously not intelligent because they just flooded the cylinders with oil. Is it's either a refund at this point or a lawsuit. I'm guessing we will see them in court.
