I've come to this place off and on for over 20 years, and each time the experience is worse than the last. I called tonight before coming down here to ask how long they were open until, I was told 12 midnight. I drive 1 hour and 15 minutes to go there only to see a sign that says \closed\. I call back, and the person answering tells me that they are open until midnight, but not allowing anymore people to come in due to covid-19 protocol. Why didn't you tell me that when I called you the first time? This skating rink is great, but the management and people working there do such a horrible job I can't force myself to go to it. I'll be going to that nice wooden rink that is higher rated, higher quality, and better run than yours that's a few miles north from now on.

I normally respect & love sunset. But since COVID they do not allow you to reserve tickets. (Which would be so helpful) And waiting in lane is fine IF PEOPLE DIDN’T SKIP. Seeing skipping in groups of six for 40 minutes while we wait is unfair. So like 30 skipping. The amount of people that skipped made no sense. And if it is a party aren’t there slots for parties? On a weekend for all skate no one should skip.

Felt unsafe. The facility was good and clean with lots of activities to do, but the residents do not wear a mask indoors because they skate. I'd only visit again if the pandemic was over or everyone was wearing a mask.
