Excellent. Nurses and other personnel were friendly and very helpful. The poor people who did my food were miracle workers because I have so many allergies. And they were so pleasant. I strongly recommend that any one who needs medical help come here. My doctor was intelligent and experienced. Love y'all. :)

The nurses and doctors at Shands Lakeshore are phenomenal. They are really compassionate and very caring. I could not have asked for a better group of health care individuals to help me in my time of need. Hands down the best nurses ever!!!

No communication At all....told them prescriptions I was on and got it wrong. I knew not to come here but it was the closet at the moment but never again. They are lazy and I had to do everything on my own. Don’t recommend!!!

As a travel nurse I have been to several different hospitals and I have to say out of all of them this has been my best experience yet . The staff at this Hospital are very professional and committed to being a part of high quality patient care.

GREAT doctor's, nurses, and techs! My husband was hospitalized for a week on the 3rd floor and had nothing but top notch care. Not one bad person/care giver in the bunch! The floor could use a good makeover, but as far as the staff, they're AWESOME!

I think they do a great job! I have never had any problems with them! They always are friendly and helpful! In the ER they don't stop til they figure out what's wrong with you! When I had surgery they took great care of me until I went home! Surgery went wonderful and I had no issues!

They say they will be sending you and your baby home and then turn around and change their minds. Then the nurse comes and is rude about it. I knew there was a reason why I didnt like this hospital. This hospital killed my grandfather 22 years ago. My son would be better off going to Gainesville than being here.
