Great local company to work with. I used to have Comcast and a phones provided from them. I have found out about Sharktek from a friend that uses there service. I got in contact with Bryan and he met with me and went over the process and what they could for me. I was extremely pleased with the consulting provided by him. Jordan came out to do the install and he was very professional. He swapped out my network with minimum down time and got my new phone system up and running. He was very patient with us and went over the training and answered all of our questions we had for him. I have saved a lot of money after switching to them and the quality of the service is great. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a new phone system and would like to save money and get better local service.

We are a small business that started using Comcast Business Services which was absolutely horrific from beginning to end. We dropped Comcast Business after 5 months of no help and really bad customer service. Sharktek came to the rescue! We had our new system up and running so quick! They held our hand the entire way through training and setting up the portal. I highly recommend not to use Comcast Business and highly highly recommend Sharktek!

I recently got tired of Comcast and decided to look for a better phone system. Not only Sharktek provided a State-Of-The-Art communications system with all the features that you used to find in real expensive and bigger systems, but their customer service is top-notch; all for a lot less money that what the local phone company charges for their regular, no-business-features service. They provided all the equipment and installation necessary. A real one-call solution. I like them so much that I recommended it other business owners. I would do business with them again.
