We recently purchased Lexus NX 300h from Lexus of Sharon and we are extremely happy with the very warm and welcoming staffs. We did not feel any uncomfortable or pressure of purchasing this vehicle. Our negotiation went very smoothly and within a minute or so we decided to purchase in this very place comparing with other Lexus in the Massachusetts. This was the best car shopping experience I ever had! I have bought 5 used cars in my life and I was never provided with the courtesy and consideration that I got here! I worked with Sean to purchase a used GX460. He had everything ready when I arrived. He even went out of his way to ensure I didn't have to come back to look at another car, which was the one I ended up purchasing. He was very informative and walked me through each car in detail. He respected that it was a big decision and he gave me the time and privacy to discuss with my wife. After I purchased the car, he followed up and he helped me get a part that I didn't noticed was missing until after I had left the lot. This just shows his commitment to his customers even after the purchase was completed Based on this experience, Lexus of Sharon will be my first stop for any future car needs.

Wow! What an experience. I worked with sales representative Giovanni G. He was phenomenal! I was in the dealership from about 12:30 to 4:30 PM. This was my first experience with trying to purchase a certified preowned vehicle, brand new vehicle or a leased vehicle. I ended up going with a leased vehicle with some hesitation to begin with however after all of my questions were answered and multiple scenarios were discussed I felt comfortable making this commitment. So much so that I have now referred my godson to Herb chambers Lexus Sharon for his first car. Giovanni was patient, he kept offering me test drives of different vehicle so I could be assured that I was completely comfortable in the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. He also gave me all of the details of color options along with price ranges. He really listened to my lifestyle and what exactly I was looking for in a vehicle. I believe he is such an asset to this location and demonstrates amazing leadership ability. He was not only training a new employee, he was helping another customer at the same time that he was helping me and I never once felt not taken care of or unheard. Hard work speaks for it self and in his sales!

He was very patient, showing us multiple cars and went above and beyond to make sure the car we bought was ready on time and everything promised was done properly. I also had a good experience with the service manager, Brian Matthews, who made sure a small problem with the vehicle was fixed quickly before we left.
