Dealing with this company has been one of the worst experiences i have had. I had a few issues with my golf cart not running right so i took it to them. Everything was fine when i checked the cart in and explained to them what was wrong. They said that it was not big deal and they should have it fixed within a few days later. I waited over a week and i still had no communication from them. I finally called and they said they were backed up and would get to it. I waited another week then called again. I received the same answer. I have a second cart that i use to get around my property so i waited again. By this point they have had my cart over a month. I told them i was just going to pick it up. To my surprise most of my components were missing (battery, engine components, no gas) They told me that i brought it in like that. WTH delivered it on a flat bed that i drove it on. How could i drive it on a flat bed with half the engine gone and no battery? I asked them how much it would be to get it up and running if they fixed it today and i waited so i paid them over 400 dollars to get it back up and running. They finally fixed it. When i got home i tried to start it to get it off the trailer and it wouldn't start. I call the company again and they said that the money i paid them was not for the repair but for the parts. So wait, i have been waiting over a month, my cart still doesn't work, and i had to pay for the parts that you stole out of the cart? Never do business with this company they are theives

I paid this company almost six thousand dollars for a golf cart that has never run. I've been dealing with these people promising they would pick it up and refund me all through the death of my son. It's been emotionally and financially draining. My neighbors in terry cove, orange beach have affidavits that they have taken turns charging it and that I have not driven it because it quit running on me the three times I tried to drive it. I am suing them for my money. Tammy told me several times that they would refund me (witnesses to this) it now she says they HAVE NO MONEY. How badly can this company treat people!!!
Sharp Karts recently installed total street legal package (seat belts,lights,horn,blinkers,etc) they did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would reccommmend them to anyone looking to have their cart upgraded with accessories.
