They completed a pool retiling job in April 2020. There were some very minor punch list items that needed correcting. I was told due to COVID they would not be able to do until summer. In August and September I tried several times to get them out to fix with no luck. Wouldn’t even return phone calls. I gave them every chance and they treat customers this way. Would be careful in using them.

I have been a customer of Sharp for over ten years thy have installed planter walls, patios, driveway bands, fire pit, BBQ, artificial turf, and I currently have a pergola under contract with them. All of my friends and neighbors love the way my home looks because of Sharp Contracting. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I don't know what else to do. I have left countless messages and emails, and no one will respond. The BBQ/Pergola project that was started back in October is still sitting unfinished (nearly 4 months later), with no projected date for completion because no one responds. It's a shame too because the quality of work from their crew is excellent; the customer service, however, is a totally different story. On Dec 4th, someone actually called and said I was on the schedule to have everything completed by Dec 14th or 21st but that they would \call me right back\ to confirm...I'm still waiting for that call. If you try to call them, it is ALWAYS an answering machine, never a person. It has been beyond frustrating and I can't recommend them based on their complete lack of customer service.

Sharp started off very impressive with the salesperson coming out on time to give us an estimate on refinishing the acrylic lace deck. Sharp sent out a color brochure after we met, which I was quite impressed with and thought, well, this seems like a good company. Pretty much went downhill from this point, of course, after I gave my 20% deposit!! Nobody returned phone calls nor emails, and I mean A LOT OF phone calls and emails. Nightmare! The people in the office when I did speak to them (a lady) was very unfriendly. This company was much less expensive than the other three companies I received quotes from, which I should have made a correlation of this with what to expect from that point forward. The guy that came out to do the work wasn't overly friendly either. Overall the work was done okay. He missed a couple of spots. They didn't cover the pool, so that was a MESS, and two of my plants were riddled with paint, so I need to replace them. They said to stay off the deck for 24 hours for it to dry. Hence, we did that, and even more. The deck was sticky for several weeks afterward, and still in some areas is sticky. It will be interesting next summer to see if the stickiness comes back with the heat! I have once again tried MULTIPLE times to contact them about fixing the stickiness to no avail. JUST LIKE THE SCORES of other reviews state-DON'T BOTHER AND RISK YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH SHARP CONTRACTING!!!! I would NEVER use them for anything even if it was free!!!!!

Purchased on October 11th. Trying to contact this company takes several tries and they are remarkably accusatory and rude. We were originally told that all work would be done before the holidays. This is what the BBQ currently looks like and won't be done until after the New Year.
