Horribly weak website. It couldn't even handle rose parade ticket opening sale, crashed the minute it's supposed to open. Easily understandable though, because it's the sole designated agency to sell that ticket. Somebody is getting the wallet fat. That's what people get when it's "designated". No competition, full of corruption.

Beware of buying tickets through Sharp Seating. We travelled cross country to see the Rose Bowl Parade including the event for viewing the floats on December 31st. The tickets must be picked up at the Sharp ticket office which is not conveniently located. We faithfully asked as to when we should arrive at the event, anticipating long lines. When we arrived, we saw that the line was extremely long. After we waited in line for an hour, we were told that Sharp oversold the tickets and we would not be admitted to the event. We were turned away along with hundreds of other disappointed guests. Sharp Seating over sold tickets to the event on 12/31! my wife and I tried to contact them by phone and email several times in order to obtain a refund! We subsequently Contacted the Rose Bowl committee who indicated that sharp seating was closed for the month of January. The Rose Bowl committee should find another ticket vendor.

Buyer Beware of buying tickets through Sharp Seating. I bought tickets for viewing the floats on Tuesday, December 31st, which had to be purchased prior to event. I had to pick up tickets in Pasedena at Will Call and drive back to Rose Bowl Stadium to view floats. The line was really long and tickets were only good for two hours. We were getting close and then we were turned away since there were too many people who had tickets. It's obvious Sharp Seating way over sold tickets to the event on 12/31! I've contacted them several times about getting a refund and still no response! I talked to several people and they said Sharp Seating did the same thing last year and over sold tickets and turned people away. Don't waste your money!!!

With all the technology available, it is amazing that you have to go to Pasadena to pick up tickets (except for just two of the grandstands). With LA traffic, no wonder many grandstands are only half full (or less). Why not e-tickets for all?

I arrived early and to my surprise the doors were already open instead of making me stand outside they invited me in. Everybody had smiles on their face and were more than happy to try to help me. I had a wonderful experience and still made it to work on time. After leaving I received a telephone call telling me I left some of the merchandice that l had purchased sitting on the counter, which they happily held until I could come back and pick up. Not your ordinary company wonderful experience!!!!!

The only seating/ticketing company for the Rose Parade on new year's day in Pasadena. Very friendly and informative staff. I have purchased my parade tickets along with other events (bandfest, float decorating, post parade and equestfest) through them many times. 5 out of 5 service!
