Scheduled a service appointment online. Communication was poor from the start. At one point I did receive an email from Michael S., but did not receive a response after answering. I had asked Michael what the dealership would charge for oil, filter, and cabin filter service. That should have been a red flag. Naturally, the price is given after you have handed over the key. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced at Sharpe due to the outrageous pricing of 448 for such a service. Anneffrey greeted me in the service garage. He was professional and took care of my needs. The video inspection I received via email was something new and clever. Overall, I would avoid servicing your car here.

Katie and the entire staff were the most professional, patient, and positive I've ever worked with when buying a vehicle. Katie was interested in not just finding a vehicle for me, but finding the vehicle that was right for me. She and they were very responsive to questions and concerns both before and after the sale and went out of their way to make my experience five star.
