First time for bifocals. Hector and his team did an amazing job helping me find the frames that fit my style, my taste, and my face. He made sure that the line-less bifocals were placed accordingly the first time. He was professional, yet fun to work with. I did not regret paying more for these glasses over getting them online. The personal service was well worth it!

Today I went for my eye exam, I got new contacts! fine tuned to perfection. The office was very clean, the staff very courteous and professional, Hector, as usual, went above and beyond explaining in detail the benefits of the brands, Hector, I appreciate your help so much! Also, I want to mention that last week, after a long day at work, I needed an adjustment to my eyeglasses, so I went to Eye Associates of Olathe. Next time that you are there, ask for Arturo, that young man made my day better, he is kind, listens to details and he is very professional.
I moved to the area recently and needed a new eye doctor. I needed new eye glasses and order contacts. All the reviews I read were good. The staff is very courteous, helpful, friendly, professional. They are caring. The doctor and staff are very thorough. They ask lots of questions and make sure you understand the process, your eyes, etc. They worked with my insurance and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.
I have come here for a few years now after a good friend recommended Dr. Ruelle. I cannot even begin to express the level of care, patience and expertise this team offers you. From Dr. Ruelle so nice and personable always taking the time to make conversation that not only makes you feel comfortable but shows how much he cares by taking time time to check your eyes and patiently working with you until you find the appropriate contacts/glasses. Amanda is another wonderful asset to this company she is always very warm and very kind, she took the time to help me taking some contacts back and helped me finding the perfect frames for my face, I am loving my two fabulous new pairs. Lastly but not least Hector has always been so kind and knowledgeable, anytime I needed help with my old glasses he was ready and very helpful. When I got my new two pairs he made sure they fit me well and offered to be there to help with any future glasses needs I may have with this two pairs. I love coming here because not only do they cover all your needs but as soon as you open the door you know all this lovely people really care about taking care of you in a prompt and happy manner.
