They installed the original home theater system in the home I purchased. The previous owner didn't provide any information on the system. When the video system stopped working, I cold-called every local company until I found this company who had the address in their system. I asked them to provide me a copy of the original installation paperwork when they came to troubleshoot. Not only did the technician not bring anything for me, but also informed me they didn't offer the media control system support any longer (ProControl) even though they installed it and it's impossible for the end-user to program. After diagnosing the problem as my receiver's video output, he informed me it'd be just about as expensive to repair as to replace. I asked the technician what my options were and he said he'd have the shop call me to discuss. He then proceeded to say that even though it was their install, I was a ew customer\ so needed to pay 160 for the service visit. Fast forward several weeks. Not only was I never contacted again, I purchased a refurbished receiver (700) and installed it - only to get the exact same issue. I bought a 15 HDMI cable and found out it was only the cable! It took me a couple of hours to route the new cable through the ceiling, but was luckily able to return the receiver for a refund (Amazon). I'm still out the 160 and never got a single call back from them. I'm sure they'd have loved to sell me a brand new system for a 15 problem...
