Power has been off for 6 days and all they can do is talk about what a good job they're doing. You're not doing a good job! 3084 residents without power for the last 2 days and couldn't restore power to even 1 house? Pg&e would destroy you.
They take forever and they don’t answer the phone I am struggling with out electricity and they know about it and art doing anything
My power got turned off even though I paid my bill, was able to solve the problem and get the power turned back on but now the power going off then on with out warning screwed up my refrigerator and now it won't cool down so my family is out hundreds of dollars of food and I have to figure out how to buy a new refrigerator. Thanks OG&E, you screwed over my family.
I have a couple of power lines down and 2 of them came by surveying my property for the power lines. Then they said that they will come back to get a crew to fix them. Well it's been a week without power and no one called or emailed us about fixing our power lines. Very upset and disappointed. We'll be thinking about moving to another house in a few years and also checking and make sure that our electric will not be from og&e!
