Ann and Cole were both so nice to work with while getting this 2021 Trek Rail 7. I have been in several bike stores over the last 6 months and they have more inventory than most. Not only bicycles, they have tons of accessories compared to other stores, as well. If you need a bike or top quality gear, I would venture on in. So glad I did.

Solid quality products. I’ve had my first Trek for 20 years, and it still rides great. The best thing you get with Trek though... Awesome people! Every time I stop in the store, I am given the best support, attention, and advice. My questions are answered honestly. I never feel pressured to buy anything. The people are always super friendly. My most recent visit to the Trek store (Dec 4, 2020) was for an entry level trainer and a few other items. I told Ann which trainer I was looking for, and she didn’t think they had one available in store. So we moved on to the other items on my list. The next thing I knew, Ann was climbing over a bike display and a few boxes looking for the trainer I wanted. And she found it! Made my day! Walked out with my trainer and everything else on my list. Thank you for great bikes and awesome people!!

Jamie provided great service and took the time to fit me to my new bike and explain the setup to me. He explained what to look for so we can make needed changes in the future as I develop with my bike. The service was much more than I expected. We were at the bike shop for about 2 and a half hours and left a very happy and satisfied customer. We drove 3 hours to Shawnee and it was well worth the drive. Thank you Jamie for all your help. Looking forward to working with you in the future.

The store staff is very personable and knowledgeable. They all seem to have a passion for bikes. I've been in on three different occasions, in the last nine months, and they have taken care of my needs 100 percent. They answer my email inquiries right away and take care of me the same day I come in, unless my bike needs a tune up.. I had my first tune up with them last week, and they did a great job. My bike never looked and performed better. After my experience with other bike stores in this are, I'm glad I found this one.
