This was my first visit to Vision Care in Shawnee and I could not be more pleased. The office was immaculate and they are all taking every precaution due to Covid which put me at ease instantly. The entire staff is not only friendly but very helpful. I saw Dr. Chris Arnold and he has a great personality and very qualified and thorough. It’s always nice to find the perfect place for medical needs and this is definitely it!!

What a surprise adventure I had at Vision Care Associates’s. I originally stopped in to look for a new pair of sunglasses. While looking at my insurance they noticed that I was due for an exam. I had been experiencing some vision problems since the COVID-19 lockdown. I decided to get an exam later in the week. Upon its completion I found out that my eyes had deteriorated and both the Doctor and staff helped me obtain an new pair of glasses, ultimately saving me from damaging my eyes further. I’m very Thankful.
Exceptional care and knowledgeable staff! I always enjoy my experience when coming to Vision Care Associates for my eye exams. Dr Arnold and Dr Franken are smart and wonderful optometrists. My children and I have complete confidence in them for our eye care. Audrey the tech was great to work with because she explains everything she’s doing and is very kind. I’ve worked with opticians Robert and Alicia and they are awesome too! Knowledgeable about the glasses and our benefits. An all around solid, rock star staff!
This was my first experience with Vision Care Associates and it was very nice from beginning to end. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Looking forward to going back to pick up my glasses.
