If I could give less stars I would. My wife and I purchased a four seater Can Am and a Triton enclosed trailer this past summer. We wanted a windshield, roof and several other accessories. The machine didn’t have the extras so they charged us and arranged for us to return with the machine at a later date to have the accessories installed. When we came back they denied ever including the windshield and the salesperson and finance manager who promised us it was included in the financing both had quit to work at another dealer. Since then we purchased another Can Am from a much more reputable dealership and where treated properly. Sheboygan Power Sports are liars and scam artists in my opinion. They seemed great when we were spending almost 50,000 dollars but after the transaction your on your own. If your shopping for any product they sell I strongly suggest shopping around. It will be worth it. I spoke to Can Am the manufacturer of our machine and Triton the trailer company to express my concerns with both places who are being represented by Sheboygan Power Sports and both companies sent us a gift card. Can Am assured me they only allow reputable dealers to sell their products but even rats sometimes manage to climb through the tiniest of holes. Can Am will be looking into the situation but I have no faith that the dealer cares or will rectify the situation. Since our purchase we bought another Can Am two seater, pontoon and two snowmobiles which we would have purchased from them but since they are so shady we went elsewhere. This company will deceive you not only by cheating you on your purchase but will also take advantage of you through their finance department as well. They will get you approved for your loan then increase the interest rate they obtained for you making additional money on the backend. Fortunately we refinanced and learned our lesson to research our purchases in the future. Save yourself money and trouble and go elsewhere.
