This experience was a good one. I came to the dealership not knowing if I had to put 5k down like other places told me I had to. After a few minutes I did a credit application. They pulled my charger out from the snow. And while I was test driving the Dodge Charger they got me approved. I walked back in and started the paper work. Extended warranty and even gap insurance and my price was reasonable considering many factors. I appreciate this place. Because they could’ve turned me around like many others and they didn’t. I would definitely recommend this place.

Leased a Kona Select, receivedthe monthly payment I wanted. The premium service I didn't expect and the convenience of doing everything remotely. Aall around will be back soon to lease another vehicle. Talk to Kiele to get things started!

Yesterday, I had the absolute worst experience with this dealership than I've ever had buying the numerous vehicles I've purchased over the past 32 years. Yesterday morning, I contacted the dealership inquiring into a 2015 Honda Odyssey they had for sale. I expressed to the salesperson (Alesia Johnson) that I was traveling from NC and I wanted to confirm pricing and details before I commit to making a nearly four hour drive to MD. She informed me that what I was asking to buy the car for was no issue and that the dealership would make the sale worth my time. Upon arrival, my wife and I immediately took the car out for a test drive. Despite the high mileage and numerous scratches on the exterior paint, we wanted to move forward with buying the vehicle. The salesperson presented a buyer's order which had the breakdown of all associated costs. I expressed again that I wanted the price of the vehicle reduced by 295 and I didn't want the 800 paint and interior protection. She explained that I had to purchase the paint/interior protection option and that the manager would not reduce the price of the vehicle. She further said the vehicle is in high demand, despite it's been for sale at the dealership for more than 60 days and the price has been reduced 2,200 since the original sale date. Without further discussion and due to my frustration, we immediately departed the dealership. Management - I recommend you look into this matter. You lost a sale yesterday due to unprofessionalism and what appeared to me to be trickery by your salesperson and management. Disappointed Veteran & Law Enforcement Officer!

One star only because I have to post at least one. My husband has purchased two Santa Fe vehicles from Sheehy of Waldorf. One was a New 2009 Santa fe& a Used 2013 Santa Fe with 33,000 miles . The 2009 he drove without issue for 130,000 miles before he traded it in for the used 2013 with 33,000miles. he had driven the 2013 for 137,000 miles before the engine blew just recently. Some 129,000 vehicles have been documented to having engine issues and the Santa Fe 2011-2013 is included. He was told to call Hyundai consumer affairs and have spoken to several people in reference to his Santa Fe. They have refused to assist him with his 2013 Santa Fe The engine blown was by no fault of my husband but buy defect. He had visited the dealership and was told his extended warranty was still in effect and for him to bring his car in to see if they could find a solution through the extended care program. Of course the extend plan had expired and they confirmed it was a blown engine. Hyundai would not assist in fixing it. He finally had to sell his car to salvage but then the dealership blocked them from picking it up because they charged my husband 161.00 dollars to tell him that the engine was blown and then forced him to pay the bill in order to sell his car. Ridiculous. How can Hyundai recall vehicles for a problem they created and then not compensate or help our situation. The dealership should not have charged us for telling us our engine was blown, when we knew it was to begin with. They were the ones who said bring it in and we can see what we can do. We will never purchase a Hyundai again, much less any car from this dealership. There was no customer service, just customer frustration.
