Michelle and Kevin came out today to clean our carpet after our daughter spilled a drink throughout the living and dining room. I called them yesterday afternoon and they were able to come out today by one! They were extremely professional and efficient! They went above and beyond to get the stains out and stopped at nothing until they did and our carpet looks brand new! We chose this company based on their 5 star reviews and that they are a local company instead of a franchise and we are happy we did! We are going to use them to clean our tile next! If you need your carpets cleaned and you want a company that will do a great job and takes pride in their work then Blue Diamond is definitely who you need to call! Thank you Michell and Kevin! The owner is very responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure that every customer is 100% satisfied. He took the time to understand the type of padding under the carpet and use the right products for pet odors and grout cleaner. Michelle took the time to scrub the kitchen floors and really paid attention to the minor details. Hosting several gatherings and having a messy toddler in the house we will be customers for life!

Blue Diamond is a awesome carpet cleaning company! Jerry and his assistant Michelle were very friendly and professional. I had actually tried to clean my carpets myself and gotten the carpet to wet causing a musky smell. Jerry and Michelle used a deodorizing product that has worked amazingly well! Our carpets look amazing and will be using them again next time we need our carpets serviced! Great company, people and would suggest them to anyone who needs great carpet cleaning services at a fair price!

Blue Diamond Cleaning Services is AMAZING!!! My daughter’s slime filled Wubble Bubble exploded all over our carpet in the family room. I called Blue Diamond for advice (because it was a Saturday)and the owner said “text me your address, I’m on the way.” Exceptional customer service! They were at my door within 20 minutes. My carpet is still drying but so far so good. Thank you Jerry and Michelle!! You guys are awesome.
