So i emailed to inquire about becoming a new client. Was called back same day. I was pleasantly surprised. Speaking with the woman i explained that i had never done anything like this. I Would prefer in person because i didn’t like zoom idea but again had never done this, so was unsure. I believe she took that as i didn’t want to attempt anything .. told me to call my insurance company and they would tell me where to go. Total turn off ... maybe i wanted to pay cash? Maybe you were recommended? Did not make you feel like that person cared about anything other than payment. Unfortunately that is the only thing i have to go on now since that has and will be my only interaction with this company. This is probably why it’s so hard for people to reach out for help or guidance. If you chose to call i hope you have a better experience than I did.

Christopher Harris is the greatest counselor I have ever had. His unique combination of analytical and emotional counselling is exactly what I needed. Half of my session feels like a college lecture from a professor and I learn amazing skills, concepts, and philosophies. The other half is emotional enough to the point where I feel I am able to let things go and continue growing as a person. Highly recommend Great Lakes, Christopher Harris, and Nicole Griffith!
