These days every one complains but no one ever takes the time to acknowledge excellence. I had the privilege of working with two exceptional individuals, Vicky in Field Service and Mike the Marine services Tech. I could not be more pleased with their courtesy professionalism knowledge and genuine outstanding customer service provided by both these exceptional individuals. I have been in the transportation industry in Canada and the US for 30 plus years and have to say that Mike is the best marine journeyman I had the pleasure of working with on my yacht. His work is impeccable and as opposed to certain other techs he leaves what ever he is working on cleaner than when it was when he arrived. Respect in my opinion is a huge component of both individuals and contributes to their commitment to excellence in everything they do with respect to the delivery of superb customer service. A.
